Spouse and I are having same issue with descyncing. We are both running Borderless Window so we will try that setting to see if it corrects, but not holding out too much hope. We descyn nearly every turn. We are playing large map with normal speed animations. We would love to help in any way possible to debug the issue as we are desperate to play without interruption. Try having both players verify their local game files. Right click on Civ 6 in your steam games list. Select Properties. Select Local Files tab.

We get desynced already on turn 2, every game, so playing multiplayer is impossible right now.

Yeah me and 6 of my friends are having the same issue. I hope you guys fix it, I love VI way more than V. Can confirm that reloading doesn't work. The game also does a one-sided reload on my friend's computer to resync him with the game, but it will continue to desync and go back into the reloading screen every turns. Would you be interested in turning on some logging and retrying it to help us diagnose the problem?

Hi This is adressed to any devs, if I am lucky to catch anyone reading this post! Multiplayer have always worked just fine for us. Until the expansion and the March update. The problem we are getting are constant desyncswhich makes you reload before starting the next turn. We switch hosts and still get the same problem with desyncs.

The reloads happens sometimes turns in a row, with maybe a few turns without any desyncs. We have tried with no mods and even with no DLC.

Same problem. We have deleted the Mods folder and redownloaded new mods. We have reinstalled dx We have verified the game, updated GPU drivers, updated windows, etc. What is strange to us, is that we had no problem with multiplayer at all for well over a year. The civ community seams to have players right now with no problems, as well as players with constant desyncs. I think I noticed that if you uncap FPS it gets way worse. Rides show up broken on one computer but not the other. Just ignore the desync message and keep playing. The RNG random number generator is synced across the network, so everything should be exactly the same. If it's out of sync, the guests walk in different positions and money can be slightly off.

Anything built by players will remain synced. Unfortunately, desyncs are more serious than that. I'm playing with my daughter over the local network, and she gets desync messages often, usually within a few minutes. Staff hiring after starting the game over the network doesn't work well, so I suggest hiring all the staff you need on the game on just your computer first, then load the saved game as a multiplayer game. There are surely other sources, which we try to track down and fix, there are also, unfortunately, false positives sometimes.

Desyncs as general class of bugs are hard to get figured out and fixed and they are by no means equal.

Some may initially be tiny, others may be much more telling. Eventually, the small differences will snowball into big changes in all cases. The hotels were outstanding in all respects, particularly the Hotel Continental in Oslo. All the food was very good. The level of personal service was excellent by all staff. All of the trips ran very smoothly. We had a problem with a charge our bank made on our payment of the deposit and your finance department were prepared to make alternative arrangements if needed when we were paying the balance. The service from your company was extraordinary.

We appreciated all of the materials provided. All in all, this was the best booked tour I've taken anywhere in the world. We had a really great time.

Norway was beautiful and it was a pleasure to be able to absorb our surroundings comfortable in the knowledge that we were in safe hands. The small group size made the tour feel quite personal and we got to meet some great people. Special credit to our tour guide, Line. She was very professional, an excellent conversationalist, very well traveled and made all the details that would normally frustrate us (timetables, transportation, etc,) seem quite effortless.The accomodations were outstanding.

Every hotel was great. In fact, I have written them all up on Trip Advisor, we enjoyed them so much I do not believe it is possible to do better than Nordic Visitor did for us for this tour. This was easier to do than I anticipated. Once I got familiar with the rental car and driving conditions, all I had to do was make it to the next hotel and everything was taken care of.

The one thing about Iceland I didn't expect was the attitude of Icelanders. They are such a happy and joyful people to be around, you can't help but have a wonderful time. The beauty of Iceland isn't just in the scenery, it is in the people themselves, the food they eat, the music they listen to.

This trip far exceeded my expectations. I can't thank you enough for having me as one of your guests. In general, my experience with Nordic Visitor and the trip they provided for me was exceptional. Everything was well organised, plenty of information, some of the accommodation in the more remote areas was very basic but that is to be expected given its location.

Overall, there are no doubts whether or not I would recommend Nordic Visitor - in fact I'm already looking on the website hoping to plan a trip to some of the other destinations. I had the time of my life in Scandinavia. Therefore, more adventures await in Scandinavia. I will continue to utilize Nordic Visitor. I travelled with my children and grandchildren, comprising a party of seven in total.

There was remarkable consensus: "The best vacation ever. The terrain is very severe in many areas but in spite of that the Icelandic Government has put together an extremely good road system throughout all of the country that I traveled. The tunnels in particular were very impressive. On a self-guided driving tour the GPS is completely irreplaceable. For a non-Icelander, the place names are impossible to read or remember. They GPS however makes it very easy to navigate the remote areas of the country.

We were constantly blown away by the helpfulness and service and friendliness of the staff everywhere we went. Found out how helpful it was to PREBOOK our tours (lava cave, lagoon cruise, whale watching etc) because they would have been full if we would have waited and we would not have had the time to go. I was pretty skeptical about booking a tour over the internet, but it worked out really well. I'm very happy with how easy the whole process was, and how it all turned out.

Desync problem in multiplayer since the March update

The accommodations were great, the "optional activities" were fun and the itinerary was perfect. I would definitely book with you again. We thought the trip was planned beautifully and the timing was perfect. The excursions were perfectly arranged and something we'll never forget. Helga always answered any questions I had in a timely and thorough manner. We had originally contacted a few travel services in Iceland and you were the best about getting back to us and providing information.
